The Primary Class is a full day multi-age kindergarten and first grade program enrolling children ages 5, 6, and 7. Children enrolled in this program should be 5 years old by Sept. 30 in the year they begin the program. It is a fully accredited program which meets national standards for early childhood education and New Jersey State Learning Standards (NJSLS). The curriculum for the Primary Class is developed by our teachers, along with the students, and is rich and varied. Regularly planned special physical activities are conducted on or off campus one afternoon each week. Students hike through different trails in the Monmouth County Park System, ice skate at the Red Bank Armory, attend gymnastics classes at Head Over Heels, and swim at Dosil’s Scuba, Swim, and Surf. Music classes are held weekly and the class goes to the Monmouth County Library on alternate weeks.

Friday, 8:20 to 12:30 pm
